The four day 2008 Fitchburg Longsjo Classic Stage Race was a successful one for IF Racing. The big Pro teams made it fast and difficult but the FT/ IF powered by Lionette’s team powered through and finished the race with our top riders placed in 20th and 28th. This is exceptional considering nearly all the riders in placed higher up on GC are full time professional racers.
Our Category 2 riders rocked with two top 5 finishes and a 13th overall.
Throughout the 4 days of racing we represented you, the sponsors, well and were in many moves that resulted in the sponsor names being heard over the race pa system many times.
