I couldn’t be more pleased with a bicycle. I weigh 260, and am an ex-powerlifter. I twist and abuse machines something awful, and most bikes feel flimsy and creaky on the incline and iffy on the decline. This piece of industrial art is rock solid and confidence inspiring. Not only is it beautifully built and painted, it rides like a freakin’ magic carpet. My weekly mileage doubled nearly instantly due to the feel of the glide and the responsiveness of the ride.
Mondo “Thanks!” to the all the metal and paint magicians at Indy Fab, and special thanks to Matt Telmosse and Peter Clark at Counterbalance Bicycles on the Burke-Gilman above U Village in Seattle for fitting and building this bike.
